I have done it twice now and come away feeling like I climbed Mount Everest and won the lottery. It is so much fun to write a script. Completely different from doing novels. I have done Nano for years and love it completely, but I get to be a little different, stretch and grow with Frenzy, then I bring that energy back with me to Nano. I am a stay-home mom of 3 writing in whatever cracks of time I find, but November and April I just do it. So glad to have bumped into you. If you do Frenzy and want a buddy, look me up. Go-mom. I say, "Why not?" If you don't make it, it's not a failure--it was simply an experiment in something new. If you do make it, then you've got your very first script. Even if it's nothing you'd want to show anyone else, it's something new, and you've flexed your writing muscles. I'd say if nothing else, it would force any creative writer to improve writing dialogue, since that's really the basis of script writing (and the reason I'm contemplating doing it).
