Every year Deb creates these amazing comics specifically for NaNo. She makes awesome comics for writer’s all year long, but come October and November, you see a surge of fun comics specifically for us crazy ‘novel in a month’ kids. 
Ha! I was gagging right along with him. However, it is true. Writer’s all get their inspiration from a wide variety of places. I don’t have one singular place I get it from. It all depends on what I am writing about.
I usually do several weeks of research before I sit down to start writing. I research setting, characters, occupations, names, etc.
I am not much of an outliner, but I do take notes. So what are you doing to prep for NaNo?
