Behind what?
I’m actually about 4000 words behind where I’m supposed to be right now. I got a ton written today, and had to hush my internal editor to even get that done. Tomorrow I think I will be alone most of the day so I will get much more written.
If my story had not taken such a great directional change, I’d be doing really well. My step daughter has almost caught up with me in word count and she’s way ahead for her daily goal. I’m impressed quite honestly.
So, this paranormal / suspense novel turned into a mainstream fiction story that has changed twice just since that shift. I’m pretty focused on the current plot so I don’t forsee anymore major changes which is good. Now I should be able to just sit and write and write and write. Sometimes I wish I could just put the whole month on hold.
I need to get ahead, because at the end of the month we have a birthday, Thanksgiving, a rehearsal dinner and then a wedding. That is all crammed into about 5 days. I really hope I’ll find some time to write during that madness.

This was a wonderful read. I am glad to see another Parent / Kid Team. My Daughter and I are both Writers as well. She often works with me on Articles, Blogs and even Books when we need a Teenage / Adult point of view.
